It was easy to schedule an appointment and Ivan was prompt to arrive. He stretched our bedroom carpet and it's great that we're not tripping over bulges anymore. Mauricio did a great job cleaning all our carpeted areas. They are very personable, efficient, dependable and terrific. Glad to use their services.

We had water backup from the Hurricane rains into our finished basement. After having the carpets dried and the padding replaced, we were left with a repaired but dirty carpet with some rust stains. Mauricio did a great job cleaning the carpet and addressing the stains.

Staff were very helpful & courteous. They offered me honest information about what to expect and performed the cleaning job quickly.

My experience was wonderful, the team did an excellent job! They went a above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Very pleased.
